Bader Leadership Institute Director

Brandon has a deeply-seated passion for helping individuals reach their full potential. He brings his lived experiences as a Foundation program officer, former Lutheran minister, member of law enforcement and trial attorney to his new role as Bader Leadership Institute Director. He is also an African American Leadership Alliance of Milwaukee Program alumnus, a director for another private family foundation and actively serves on boards of schools providing Christian education for K-12 students. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Martin Luther College, as well as a master’s degree in Divinity from the Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary and a juris doctorate degree from Marquette University Law School.
