WestCare focuses on helping individuals facing economic, employment, health, and environmental challenges by providing essential services like food, housing, and clothing. The organization supports youth leadership, job readiness, and community projects. Over the summer, 40 residents enjoyed an educational trip to the Milton Historical Society, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving and sharing Milton’s history. In addition, the organization’s focus is on agricultural education, youth empowerment, and promoting healthy lifestyles. Key initiatives include CSA programs, 4-H activities, and educational workshops, all aimed at expanding market reach, empowering youth, and strengthening local agriculture.
