Grants Director

Claudia serves as the Grants Director for Addiction Recovery, Protecting Democracy, and Legacy at Bader Philanthropies, where she manages grants portfolios which includes, Programs and Housing for Individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities ( IDD), Food Security, Holocaust Remembrance, and Education. Claudia’s journey with Bader Philanthropies began as a Social Media and Communications intern, where her skills in content creation and social media coordination earned her promotions to associate and, eventually, to her current role.

 

Before joining Bader Philanthropies, Claudia gained valuable experience as a teller at Landmark Credit Union. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism with an emphasis in advertising, a minor in women’s and gender studies, and a certificate in digital arts and culture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
