Frank Harris, Jr.

Neighborhood Engagement & Safety Coordinator

Frank is a dedicated and humble community advocate who serves as the Neighborhood Engagement & Safety Coordinator at Bader Philanthropies. In this role, he ensures the safety of guests, staff, and community members at the foundation’s global headquarters. Growing up in the Harambee neighborhood, Frank has a deep connection to the area. His role at Bader Philanthropies also includes supporting efforts to engage young people in the neighborhood and hosting large events for the Foundation.

Before joining Bader Philanthropies, Frank worked as an over-the-road truck driver and in highway construction for Milwaukee County. His journey to becoming a truck driver was a significant achievement, representing his determination to overcome life’s obstacles and support his family.

Outside of work, Frank is a devoted father, skilled fisherman, and active member of Greater New Birth Church. He mentors youth in Milwaukee, hosts an annual BBQ in Green Bay Park, and volunteers at local food pantries. Guided by his faith and commitment to continuous growth, Frank remains motivated by his community’s needs and is dedicated to making a positive impact wherever he can.
