City of Milwaukee: Milwaukee Police Department

The Milwaukee Police Department’s (MPD) Community Partnership Unit in District 5 organized three events to foster community engagement and safety. These events aim to strengthen relationships between police and residents, particularly focusing on youth in the Harambee Neighborhood. The events include “Bicycle Giveaway & Safety Program” in June, “National Night Out” in August and “Shop with a Cop” experience in December. Each event is designed to bring the community together in a positive setting.
