The Bader family’s roots in Central Europe inspire our longstanding commitment to supporting Czech Roma, one of the country’s most marginalized communities, by expanding educational opportunities for Roma students, who need to navigate a system that has historically segregated Roma pupils and limited pathways to excellence.
The Foundation also promotes cultural leadership to elevate understanding of the Roma story, strengthen Roma voices, and build the skills and confidence of leaders within Roma civil society.
