For more than three decades, Israel has been central to Bader Philanthropies’ strategic priorities. In that spirit, the Bader Mubadarat Initiatives funding area promotes and supports efforts to strengthen social services for minority communities in Israel—grounded in the belief that equitable access is essential to an inclusive society.
Mubadarat (“initiatives” in Arabic) advances this work through three grantmaking strategies:
- Strengthening the infrastructure of Arab-led grassroots organizations providing social services
- Promoting and implementing diversity and inclusion principles within national social organizations
- Initiating and supporting cross-sector partnerships and forums to create lasting, large-scale solutions for minority communities
