Since 2016, Bader Philanthropies has deepened its roots in Milwaukee’s Harambee neighborhood. Together with neighbors and community partners, we honor Harambee’s rich history and culture while engaging in its challenges and opportunities—through neighborhood events like Juneteenth and hosting “Chat with Bader” gatherings.
We support community-building efforts that build on neighborhood assets and citizen-led leadership—helping families purchase their first homes, fostering pride through block beautification, and strengthening leaders as they grow and sustain their work.
