Kim Thanh Thao, CP, MBA
Enterprise Innovation Director
Kim manages the enterprise systems for the Foundation’s global headquarters which encompasses, configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, thinking innovatively, and researching and implementing best practices for organizational and staff continuous improvement. She works collaboratively with the management team to assist in aligning strategic goals with the mission. Kim has a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and a minor in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as a master’s in business administration degree in data analytics from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and is a Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she is a licensed realtor in the state of Wisconsin and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Additionally, Kim serves as the Vice President of the board for the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce (HWCC) and contributes as an Advisory Committee Member for Our Scholarship.
