Lisa oversees the Foundation’s budgeting, legal compliance, human resources, communications, and grantmaking operations. She maintains an active interest in issues shaping the philanthropic sector—particularly impact investing—and regularly shares lessons and best practices with peers nationwide.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a 2022 Milwaukee Business Journal Women of Influence honoree.
