Margaret Foster

Margaret Foster is the niece of Isabel Bader and is the Chair of the Isabel and Alfred Bader Advisory Committee. She is a retired nurse and health service manager with 47 years experience, primarily within the field of mental health. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing science from Queen’s University and a master’s degree in health science administration from Dalhousie University.
