Sandra Bednarz

Operations Director

In her current role, Sandra manages all Bader Campus properties and facilities, ensuring the spaces reflect the Foundation’s brand, values, and commitment to the community. She coordinates ongoing maintenance, oversees building improvements, and serves as the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors. Sandra also supports the Foundation’s human resources operations and helps lead the Foundation’s intern program as one of its supervisors.

Her career with Bader Philanthropies began as a Social Media and Communications intern, where she helped elevate the Foundation’s digital communications before joining the team full-time. Sandra previously worked at Saint John’s on the Lake as a resident service specialist. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication and a minor in digital arts and culture from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
