My Way Out provides pre release planning, housing, job access, skills training, and peer support to help individuals successfully reintegrate into a world of new possibilities. The organization’s model tracks individual progress over three years, contributing to safer neighborhoods and healthier families. Funding covers reentry support and services for over 75 individuals throughout one year
