Social Equality Spotlight: Tech Career

Tech-Career has assisted more than 800 Ethiopian-Israelis, ages 21-30, through immersive technology training and career development services, so they can enter Israel’s dynamic tech sector. Most participants have completed some college study, while others have undergraduate degrees in related fields, so Tech-Career offers different learning tracks, designed in partnership with leading tech companies to ensure that students receive the most up-to-date knowledge and tools. In 2022, Tech-Career plans to break ground on a new campus in the city of Lod, so it can continue to develop a diverse talent pipeline to meet the needs in the field.
