Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod Kingdom

Workers Kingdom Workers spreads the gospel by mobilizing Christians in sustainable mission work that meets both physical and spiritual needs. Its Build Up program trains teens at Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School in valuable trade skills, including construction, plumbing, electrical repair, and roofing. Through mentorship, students also develop leadership, teamwork, and project management skills, earning stipends upon completion. Funding helps prepare teens for future careers while strengthening communities. During 2023–2024, the program engaged 63 teenagers across 15 construction projects and has facilitated 115 internships and job placements.
