Since 1992, Judaic values have been woven into the fabric of the Foundation’s mission and its support of diverse partners. Preserving Jewish cultural heritage remains central to this commitment—through rigorous academic environments grounded in Judaic values, professional growth opportunities for educators, and enrichment experiences that help students discover their talents while honoring enduring teachings.

In 2020, the Milwaukee Jewish Federation established the Helen Daniels Bader Jewish Education Fund, now the largest permanent endowment for Jewish education in Wisconsin. The $14 million endowment supports Bader Hillel Academy, Bader Hillel High, Milwaukee Jewish Day School, Torah Academy of Milwaukee, Wisconsin Institute for Torah Study, and Yeshiva Elementary School—providing tuition assistance for families, strengthening teacher benefits, enhancing facilities, and advancing high-quality teaching and learning.
